About Us

Rob Novick is an entrepreneur, former CEO, investor, and experienced business operator who has spent his career helping organizations grow, navigate change, and turn strategy into results.

Rob founded and built Envision Business Consulting into a nationally recognized management consulting firm, twice named to the Inc. 500 list of America's fastest-growing companies. In 2017, he led Envision through an initial sale to private equity and later through its strategic acquisition by HCL Technologies.

Since founding Blue Pasture Advisors, Rob has worked alongside owners, investors, boards, and management teams at critical inflection—and stuck—points. He has served as CEO of multiple operating companies and advised businesses on growth, strategy, organizational design, operational performance, and transaction readiness.

Earlier in his career, Rob held leadership roles at North Highland and AMS and began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories working on early machine-learning applications.

Rob holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, an MS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Denver.

Jeff Feldman is an entrepreneur and experienced executive who brings operating discipline, investment perspective, and financial acumen to organizations facing growth, profitability, and other complex business challenges.

Jeff founded and served as CEO of Everest Broadband Networks, growing the company from startup to a $7 million run rate in two years before navigating an economic downturn, returning the business to profitability, and ultimately selling most of its assets. He later acquired FTTH Communications, improved its operations and economics, and sold the business four years later at nearly seven times the acquisition value per subscriber.

Jeff is particularly effective in situations where decision friction is keeping an organization from moving forward. His experience spans team building, financial optimization, operational restructuring, and M&A, across businesses ranging from telecommunications and healthcare to manufacturing and real estate.

Jeff holds a PhD in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Yale School of Management. He has served on the boards of both venture-backed and public companies and currently serves on the Yale Alumni Fund Board of Directors.
